Interior Designer/Sales

Job description  
We are looking for an artful Interior designer (cabinet, kitchen, bath) to undertake various design-to-sale projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the customers to managing and executing the design. The goal is to design practical spaces yet visually pleasing.  

Responsibilities 
○ Undertake projects from design to sale, from concept to completion. 
○ Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans. 
○ Set costs and project fees according to budget. 
○ Research and decide on materials and products sourcing. 
○ Produce “sample” and “mood products". 
○ Supervise work progress.  
○ Work closely with consumers, designers, and constructors.  
○ Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices. 

Skills  
○ Experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions). 
○ Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations. 
○ Proficient in 20/20, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs.  
○ Excellent portfolio of previous works. 
○ Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.  
○ Communication and presentation skills.  
○ Project management skills  
○ BS degree in Interior Design or similar. 
○ Fluently speaking of Chinese or Spanish is preferred.  

Pay structure: Base + Commission  

Work location: Multiple locations are available (Anaheim, CA / Irvine, CA/Rowland Heights, CA) 
Work time: Monday-Saturday (rotation)  9:30 AM - 6:30 PM 
HR Specialist

Job description  
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies, and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.  

Responsibilities  
○ Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.  
○ Administer health insurance programs.  
○ Implement training and development plans. 
○ Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for.  
○ Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.  
○ Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.  
○ Forecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly. 
○ Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.  
○ Monitor budgets by the department. Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner.  
○ Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.  

Skills  
○ Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist with 2-5 years of experience.  
○ Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like Paycor.  
○ Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.  
○ Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process. Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
○ Good problem-solving abilities.  
○ Team management skills. 
○ BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field.

Accountant

Job description

We are looking for an experienced accountant to oversee general accounting operations in the corporate. Responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining a general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures.  


Responsibilities  

○ Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.  

○ Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.  

○ Analyze financial information and summarize financial status. Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.  

○ Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.  

○ Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.  

○ Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process. Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.  

○ Assist with tax audits and tax returns. Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.  

○ Support month-end and year-end close process. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.  


Skills  

○ Knowledge of the construction and construction material industry-related experience is preferred.  

○ Fluent in Chinese and English.  

○ Proven at least 3+ years of experience.  

○ Proven experience in construction, materials, retail, and E-commerce industry 

○ Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like QuickBooks.  

○ Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.  

○ BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant.
